Excellent hotel with great wi-fi, a 24-hour reception, and a comfy lounge area. I remember how the staff helped me find a lost item during my first stay. Highly recommend visiting during the holidays!

We loved this place, everything was excellent. Booked a room with a view. The breakfast had plenty of options: eggs, croissants, muffins and slices of fresh bread. The hotel had a very central setting very close to everything in town that you need.

Central location, with parking is great when visiting Dundee. Rooms clean, easy access showers were great for someone with recent joint replacements. Breakfast, great value , self serve in very pleasant lounge with view of road bridge.
Will choose this hotel again when visiting city, better value than another 2 hotels I have stayed in central Dundee. Secure parking attached to hotel excellent. Not available at another central hotel.
I had to walk approximately 500 metres further to attractions, not a great inconvenience for quality of hotel. The rooms are hot, did not know how to get them cooler

Particularly good location close to centre of Dundee, many restaurants and museums such as the V&A, and the V & A museum. Great modern and well laid out room with very comfy bed and central heating, multi-channel television, tea and coffee making equipment.

We really enjoyed the hotel as it was very clean, comfy bed and very close for shopping which was excellent. The hotel staff were very helpful too. The breakfast was excellent but could have done with some bacon. Our son's only complaint was there was no dvd player in corperateted in the tv. But our stay was wonderful.

On arrival, the reception staff was friendly at all times. Although the room I was given, wasn't done , therefore I asked for another room and was sorted straigth away. The new room I was given, was really clean and tidy, cannot found any fault. The hotel itself is lovely, modern and the bar area beside reception is spacious, nicely furnished.Overall, I can recommend this hotel to everybody.

Location was not great, as it was on a main road.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel as a whole is very modern and clean and in an excellent location with good views across the river. The room was spacious enough for a short stay and again, very clean.
Breakfast buffet wasn't the best quality but was adequate, otherwise can't fault the place.
